Our consultants are trained to assist homeowners in choosing fixtures for their home. If you need help deciding on colors, finishes or brands, our experienced consultants can help. We do stress that you make an appointment with a consultant before coming in so our consultants have enough time to spend with you to help make your choices easier.

Picking out fixtures for your home can be confusing so the following is a list of tips to help you prepare for your consultation:

* Bring your plans for your home
* Know your fixture allowance
* Bring color, tile and flooring samples or your new home
* Have contact information for your plumbing contractor and builder
* Know the address of your new home
* Be able to tell the consultant what building stage your home is in
(ex. drywalling, framing, estimated closing date, or construction schedule)
* Bring in a spec sheet
